NEADS Conference 2006

Registration

Your registration form will be processed once your payment
is received. Only cheques post-dated on or before 
October 6, 2006 will qualify for our early registration 
rates ($70.00CDN for students, $130.00CDN for all others). 
Regular registration fees are $90.00CDN for students and 
$150.00CDN for all others. Please make cheques payable in 
Canadian funds to National Educational Association of 
Disabled Students. 

A full refund of your registration fees will be processed 
upon receipt of written cancellation notice to the NEADS 
Office or to Golden Planners Inc., postmarked or received 
by fax or email no later than Friday, October 6, 2006. No 
refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 
Friday, October 6, 2006. Substitutions from the same 
organization will be accepted if submitted in writing 
up to and including November 1, 2006.
