Explore physical activity options to enhance your academic experience at U of T. You will have an opportunity to experience a strength circuit, attend a mini fitness lecture, and tour the Athletic Centre.

The strength circuit will consist of resistance training, interval cardio circuits and core-based movements to familiarize students with different equipment and exercises. Gain ideas and strategies to enhance your active lifestyle. Learn about the free fitness and lifestyle consultations. Take a tour of the Athletic Centre which will highlight the accessible features and programs. This is a FREE session for U of T students, and is presented by the Faculty of Kinesiology & Physical Education and Students for Barrier-free Access (SBA).

Date: Tues. Jan. 29th, 2013
Time: 10 a.m.- 12 noon
Place: Strength and Conditioning Centre, Athletic Centre, 55 Harbord St. Notes: Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes and shoes for physical activity; bring your T-card to enter the facility.
