When it comes to managing your mental health, what strategies are currently in your tool kit of personal medicine? Which ones are missing? Which ones have you never heard of? Mike Barnes will lead an exploratory discussion that will help you identify how you currently manage your mental health and what else you might try.

Mike Barnes is an award winning author of eight books across a range of genres including the memoir The Lily Pond: A Memoir of Madness, Memory, Myth and Metamorphosis and The Reasonable Ogre: Tales for the Sick and Well. Mike has also lived for forty years with bipolar disorder, which has deranged and rearranged his life many times. That is why he is still expanding his own tool kit.
