The I.D.E.A. Conference will celebrate disability and employment through the lens of innovation, creativity and leadership. The audience will be a combination of job seekers and young professionals with disabilities as well as a number of community and employer stakeholders. The main objective of the conference is to create a space where new solutions to the disability unemployment conundrums can be fostered and discussed.
