For over ten years this event has delivered the information and insight leaders have needed to help them create mentally healthy workplaces. This has included extensive discussion of issues such as stigma, employee benefits, return to work, EAPs and all the fundamental issues that need to be addressed. But we have also broadened the discussion by introducing a range of issues such as dementia, ADHD, grief, isolation, autism, diversity, happiness, resiliency, suicide, domestic abuse, culture, toxic leadership and sleep.

Each year we add new ideas and approaches – and 2018 will be our most innovative event yet.

While we will cover best practices in the fundamental areas important to mental health leaders in organizations, We’ll revisit some of those that have resonated most in past years and add in issues we have not addressed before.

These are just some of the issues we plan on addressing at our 2018 event:

building resiliency in your workforce
mental health in the age of distraction
fostering gratitude for a happier, more fulfilled workforce
tapping into the unique talents of those with Autism Spectrum
mental health and the distributed workforce
workplace civility
the impact of sleep on mental and physical health
characteristics of the mentally healthy manager
helping the grieving employee

And of course, we will bring you the best thinking and practice in critical areas such as ROI, reducing stigma, and how to have conversations about mental health in your workplace.

Learn from the Conference Board of Canada’s latest wellness research.

Each year the audience for this event is among the first to hear about the Board’s latest research on workplace wellness and mental health. And hearing one of the Board’s expert researchers discuss their work is so much richer an experience than reading the report.

This year will be no exception.

Meet the thought leaders and innovators, and hear how they’re succeeding with their workplace mental health initiatives.
