Realize Canada Episodic Disabilities Staff and Faculty Survey for Post-Secondary Sector in Ontario

Dear Colleagues,

I hope you are well! Realize (www.realizecanada.org) is a national non-profit organization that works to foster positive changes for people living with HIV and other episodic disabilities.

Realize is conducting a survey on the awareness of episodic disabilities in the post-secondary education sector in Ontario. The information gathered through the survey will be used to develop a free online training program for staff and faculty in Ontario’s post-secondary institutions.

During August 2018, we are inviting staff and faculty in the post-secondary sector in Ontario to complete a short online survey and share their understanding of episodic disability in an educational context.
