Event Accessibility Checklist

The Event Accessibility Checklist is a template for individuals who plan events and activities. The form can be used as a means to evaluate the accessibility of a specific event, or can be incorporated into an existing funding application process.

The form includes a list of questions planners should ask themselves in the preparation of a campus event.
