ProjectsInclusion of Students with Disabilities in College and University-Sponsored ActivitiesSurvey on the Accessibility of Extracurricular ActivitiesThe National Educational Association of Disabled Students (NEADS) is currently seeking students with disabilities to participate in a project looking at the accessibility of on-campus extracurricular activities. The data used will help us develop training material for campus programmers who want to make activities such as student elections and student clubs more inclusive. We are asking students with disabilities to fill out a brief survey that will ask about experiences either participating in or attempting to participate in on-campus extracurricular activities. It is available in both English and French, and a variety of formats, including regular print, large-print, and Braille. The survey can also be completed online at: http://www.neads.ca/inclusionsurvey2 You can either pick up a copy of the survey at your student union’s office or contact Chris Gaulin toll-free at 1-877-670-1256, or by e-mail at chris.gaulin@neads.ca. This project is funded by the Government of Canada. All contents copyright ©, 1999-2013, National Educational Association of Disabled Students. All rights reserved. |
