Tim Sjogren

Tim is an Attraction and Recruitment Consultant at Vancity where he recently celebrated his 3rd year of employment. Tim currently supports a number of business within Vancity, including areas such as Marketing, Finance, Community Investment and Sustainable Wealth Management. In the past, Tim has supported the Group Hire Program at Vancity for its front line staff, both in the Branch network and the call center. He is also the lead member of the Vancity recruitment team for Diversity and Visibility. Prior to working for Vancity, Tim spent many years in an operational role for Whistler Blackcomb within their Ski and Snowboard School as an Assistant Manager, where he was heavily involved in their massive seasonal hiring drive. He was also a Recruitment Consultant for a leading recruitment agency in Sydney, Australia. Outside of work Tim is very passionate about anything related to the outdoors, particularly skiing, mountain biking and rock climbing and enjoys passing this love onto his three young sons.
