ProjectsEmployment Connections: A Transition Tool Kit for Youth with DisabilitiesCanadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB) – Career Development and Employment ServicesThe CNIB provides a number of programs and services designed to help individuals determine career goals, improve on or build new job skills and acquire effective job search techniques. A key feature of Career Development and Employment Services is a national database of job seekers who are blind, and of those employers interested in hiring. The aim is to increase the presence of people who are blind in the workforce. The CNIB also provides on-site workplace accommodation solutions, which are developed by a team of regional accommodation consultants. For more information on the employment services available through the CNIB, contact: Cathy Moore – National Coordinator, Employment Services
