AQEIPS presents 2003-2004 Bursaries in Montreal

The Quebec Association for Post-Secondary Disabled Students (AQEIPS) presented bursaries to six deserving students with disabilities during a ceremony held in Montreal on Friday, April 16th, 2004 at Concordia University. The awards, a certificate and a cheque for $500, were handed-out by André Desjardins. This is the eigth time the Association has presented these bursaries.

The recipients for 2003-2004 are:

  • Louis-Marc Savard, CEGEP de Jonquière
  • Steve Rossignol, CEGEP de Rivière-du-Loup
  • Joëlle Duval, Université de Sherbrooke
  • Dominique Cerutti, Université de Sherbrooke
  • Isabelle Trempe, Université Laval
  • Stéphanie Leblanc, Université de Montréal

The AQEIPS bursary program was sponsored this year by: Central des Syndicats du Québec, Confédération des Syndicats Nationaux, La Fédération des Enseignants et Enseignantes du Québec, Le Syndicat des Professionnels du Gouvernement du Québec, and La Fédération des Étudiantes Universitaires du Québec.
