Saskatchewan Abilities Council
Although it has undergone several shifts in mandate since its inception in
1949, the Saskatchewan Abilities Council remains determined to ensuring
people with disabilities have equal and active opportunities to participate
in society. Some of the services offered by the Council include adaptive
technology needs assessment and training, fee-based accessible transportation,
recreation opportunities, and a program designed to help farmers
with disabilities continue to work.
