Description	You are invited to join Students for Barrier Free Access (SBA) for a Special Meeting of the Members! Date: Friday June 28, 2019 Time: 5:00pm - 7:00pm Location: OISE UofT (Ontario Institute for Studies in Education) 252 Bloor Street West 5th floor, room 5230 Access information: Accessible entrance on Bloor Street, with ramps and a button-operated power door that opens outward Elevator access to all floors Accessible gender-neutral single-stall washrooms available on same floor as meeting space, as well as multi-stall gendered washrooms ASL interpretation will be provided If you have other access needs you would like to discuss in regards to this meeting, please contact Annanda via email at uoftsba@gmail.com or via phone in the office (Tuesday through Thursday 11am-5pm) at 416-967-7322 Meeting information: Get updates on SBA campaigns and programs, and vote on changes to SBA bylaws and changes to our Board of Directors. Meeting agenda and all relevant documents will become available at uoftsba.com ten (10) days before the meeting; printed copies will be available at the sign-in desk at the meeting. If you are a voting member* your utorID information will be required at the sign-in desk. Light refreshments will be provided - vegan, gluten-free and nut-free options available. *Voting eligibility: We welcome all SBA community members to attend - please note that only those members who are UofT Students (full or part time, graduate and alumni), Staff or Faculty are eligible to vote with their utorID. Proxy Voting: Voting members who are unable to attend this meeting can assign a proxy (another voting members who will vote on your behalf) by filling out a proxy voting form, available in person at SBA centre or for download on our website. All proxy forms must be dropped off at the centre or emailed to Annanda at uoftsba@gmail.com no later than 48 hours before the meeting (meaning on or before Wednesday June 26th at 5pm) We look forward to coming together on the 28th and hope that you can make it!
