This Winnipeg non-profit employment agency helps promote and facilitate the employment of people with physical disabilities. The organization offers services for both job seekers with disabilities and those employers looking to hire people with disabilities.

Job seekers have access to career exploration exercises that help establish goals, identify skills and accommodation needs, and search for appropriate job training programs. The organization also helps with resumé development, holds job-related workshops and helps with employment referrals.

For employers, Reaching E-Quality screens qualified job seekers with disabilities and suggests them to companies, providing those hiring with information on each candidate’s skills and accommodation needs.
