Grad Minds Annual Mental Health Conference - Surviving Grad School: A Mental Tool Kit

Grad Minds Annual Mental Health Conference is coming up!
This year's theme is Surviving Grad School: A Mental Tool Kit.

Workshops and speakers will be focused on provided tactical skills for taking care of your mental health during grad school and getting involved in mental health advocacy!

Topics include

time and resource management
resolving supervisor conflicts
financial management
suicide prevention,
mental health advocacy, among others!

The conference will take place on April 11 from 5:30-9:30 pm at Multi Faith Center on Campus at the University of Toronto.

The event is free to all students, staff and faculty and will be catered!
