REACH Canada is a non-profit community organization, founded in 1981, which promotes equality and justice for people with disabilities. REACH is hosting an educational seminar on May 26 at 7: 30 p.m. This seminar focuses on the supports and programs available to eligible students with disabilities in post-secondary education or considering post-secondary education. Information will be shared about the resources available through universities and colleges to accommodate the varied needs of students with disabilities.

The presentation will include support counsellors from the University of Ottawa ( David Patterson, Educational Consultant) Carleton University ( Dale Stevenson, Disabilities Coordinator) Algonquin College (Tim Comerford, Intake and Assessment Advisor) and representatives from Ontario Disabilities Support Program(ODSP) and Ontario Disability Tax Credit services.
