Michelle Pandith

Michelle Pandith is an Employment Specialist with the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work’s GTA based employment program called the “Workplace Essential Skills Partnership” (WESP). In her current role she facilitates a 4 week employability workshop and provides career counselling to job seekers with disabilities. Michelle has successfully taken on the roles of Job Developer, Intake Coordinator and Employment Specialist during her 5 years in the field of employment counselling.

Michelle has promoted the WESP program as a speaker at various national conferences. She is passionate and committed to empowering job seekers with disabilities and informing employers about the value of a diverse workforce.
