Nirav Patel

Nirav Patel is the Manager of Recruitment and Diversity at Ontario Power Generation. In this role, Nirav is accountable for OPG's diversity and employment equity program. In addition, he and his team develop programs that foster workplace inclusion and equity. Nirav graduated from York University with a Master's of Human Resources Management and completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Waterloo. He is also a Certified H.R. Professional.
