The National Educational Association of Disabled Students (NEADS) releases our 2024-2025 Annual Report

(Ottawa, Sept 2nd 2025)
The National Educational Association of Disabled Students (NEADS) is a Canadian non-governmental organization and registered charity that represents post-secondary students and graduates with disabilities.  We were founded in 1986.

NEADS’ work is grounded in three strategic areas: improving disabled student experience in class and on campus; disabled student debt reduction; and supporting student and graduate employment.? NEADS represents over 450,000 disabled and neurodivergent post-secondary students throughout Canada and supports disabled and neurodivergent youth transitioning from high school into post-secondary education as well as disabled and neurodivergent students transitioning into the employment market.

NEADS works alongside federal, provincial and territorial governments, community-based organizations, and other entities to improve opportunities for disabled and neurodivergent persons within post-secondary education and the employment market.

We are pleased to announce the release of our 2024-2025 annual report – this report details all of NEADS’ activities over the past fiscal year. Access the report on NEADS.ca to learn all about our team, our projects, and our operational growth through web and social media platforms!
