Realize Canada Episodic Disabilities Staff and Faculty Survey for Post-Secondary Sector in Ontario

Dear Colleagues,

I hope you are well! Realize ( is a national non-profit organization that works to foster positive changes for people living with HIV and other episodic disabilities.

Realize is conducting a survey on the awareness of episodic disabilities in the post-secondary education sector in Ontario. The information gathered through the survey will be used to develop a free online training program for staff and faculty in Ontario’s post-secondary institutions.

During August 2018, we are inviting staff and faculty in the post-secondary sector in Ontario to complete a short online survey and share their understanding of episodic disability in an educational context.

To this end, we would greatly appreciate if you would distribute this message to any suitable individuals, as well as relevant networks and partners. The survey will remain open until August 31st 2018.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly at or by telephone at 416-513-0440 x222. Thank you for your assistance in spreading the word about this important survey!

Kind regards,

Wendy Porch
