The Mental Health Commission of Canada is hosting a livestream of a dialogue event and a Twitter chat to share and promote best practices, to discuss the intersections of substance use and mental health on campus, and to ensure as many perspectives as possible inform the new voluntary Standard for Psychological Health and Safety for Post-Secondary Students (PSS Standard).

In the first hour:
Learn more about the PSS Standard presented by MHCC's project leads followed by a discussion to the Post-Secondary Partnership on Alcohol Harms with Bryce Barker, Knowledge Broker at the Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction.

9:10 am
Twitter chat will take place alongside the live in-person discussion, based on our Dialogue in a Box to gather input about promising practices to support #StudentSuccess and barriers that students face in attaining optimum mental health.

10:10 am
We’ll come back together live to share what’s been said in the room and in the chat.
