Description	The Accessible Experience and Universal Design for Learning Description Dr. Jeff Preston shares his experiences as a student with a disability navigating through his academic studies at Western and now as a faculty member with Kings University College, he shares examples of how he is reviewing Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles and experimenting with flexible assignments / structure to offer a more inclusive student experience. Dr. Preston has spent his life advocating for himself and others with disabilities. He earned a PhD in Media Studies from Western University and his research focuses on the representation of disabilitiy in poular and digital culture. His knowledge, life experience and keen sense of humour has led to numerous invitations for keynote presentations. This is definitely a Lunch and Learn you won't want to miss!
