Workplace Essential Skills Partnership (WESP)

Workplace Essential Skills Partnership (WESP) is a FREE dynamic cross-disability employment program for professionals and post-secondary graduates with disabilities operating under the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW) - a national not for profit organization dedicated to providing equitable and meaningful employment for persons with disabilities.  

Our program aims to:

- Increase your confidence and grow your network

- Complete career testing like the MBTI and JVIS for FREE

- Enhance your resume, cover letter, and interviewing skills

- Gain exclusive access to WESP Career Development Sessions

- Access employers hiring qualified candidates with disabilities

Income Supports (ODSP, OW, EI, etc.) are NOT REQUIRED to attend WESP.

We seek:

​- Professionals (individuals without post secondary education who have been working in a professional job during their career)
- Graduates from a post-secondary institution that are​ resident of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and legally entitled to work in Canada

- Unemployed/Underemployed
- Fluent in English and computer literate
- Committed to a full-time employment
- A person with a visible or invisible disability (includes medical barriers to employment) *No proof required*
