Crohn's and Colitus Canada - Youth Webinar Series for High School and Post-Secondary Students with Crohn's and Colitus

For the second year in a row, Crohn's and Colitis Canada is delighted to once again be hosting a youth-focused webinar series. Supported by an educational grant from AbbVie, the Youth Webinar Series offers four (4) nation-wide live webinars focusing on the needs and interests of high school and post-secondary students living with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis (3 English, 1 French). Attendees will learn more about getting though flare-ups, managing their medical tests and appointments while in school, and how to live life to the fullest with IBD.

Crohn's and Colitis Canada, in collaboration with a panel of medical experts and AbbVie IBD Scholarship winners, brings you the following 2015 Fall webinars:

1.      September 9th, 2015 @ 7pm EST
Escaping the Bathroom - Taking charge of your IBD

Ever feel like your dreams aren't in reach due to your Crohn's or colitis? This webinar will address how you can not only survive but thrive with IBD and live life to the fullest by taking charge and gaining control of your disease.

2.      September 24th, 2015 @ 7pm EST
Getting Through It - Choosing your path to good health

Examining the different treatment options to help you get through a flare and back in remission...and back to school! Learn about the different treatment options available and trips and tricks to stay healthy and in remission.

Passer au travers - Choisir votre chemin vers une bonne santé

Ce séminaire en ligne examine les différentes options de traitement qui existent pour vous aider à traverser une poussée active et à retourner à l'état de rémission.ainsi qu'à l'école! Apprenez en davantage sur ces différentes options ainsi que sur les trucs pour rester en santé et en rémission.

Tests, tests and more tests! - Surviving school...and the doctor's office

Exploring the different medical tests a person living with Crohn's or colitis faces while having to study for their own tests at school. Experts explain why those medical tests are important to understanding your disease and how you can balance them with your busy school schedule.
