Council of Canadians With Disabilities seeks experiences while voting in federal election
I hope you are all getting out there to vote. As part of our ongoing work with the Advisory Group for Disability Issues at Elections Canada, we have been asked to document the experiences of our members while voting. There have been a lot of changes made, Elections Canada needs to know what they got right and what they must continue to improve! So please help us gather the experiences of Canadians with disabilities from among your members. We are looking to get up to 20 experiences from each of our member groups, with a mix of positive and negative experiences. Any assistance you can provide will help us to better advise Elections Canada in the period between this federal election and the next one.
Please send any personal experiences you gather to James Hicks: james@ccdonline.ca prior to November 27, 2015. Thanks, in advance, for your assistance.
