Multiple Perspectives on Disability, Access and Inclusion Conference moving to an online format
The Ohio State University is taking measures to minimize the spread of the Coronavirus while continuing to serve our community. As part of that effort The Multiple Perspectives Conference will move to an online format on April 6th & 7th this year. Our partner conference on April 4th and 5th, SDS@OSU will do the same. For those of you in other time zones we will be adjusting the schedule so that the morning sessions will likely start at 10:00 AM EDST
To participate you will need to register for the conference and have a computer with a stable internet connection. You will be provided a password to log into your sessions via a Zoom conference from the comfort and safety of your home or office. Participants will be able to ask questions of presenters and we are designing “hallway opportunities” so you network and schmooze a bit with other participants. We are also working on a digital poster session – stay tuned for more.
CART will be provided at all sessions; other accommodations can be requested when you register and assistance will be provided for participating via Zoom and for accessing Zoom with JAWS and other access technologies.
Thanks to the generosity of our partners and the support of The University’s Office of Institutional Equity we are able to keep the cost of the Multiple Perspectives Conference down to $50/day for the general public and
State of Ohio Employee or Ohio AHEAD Member: $30.00/day
OSU Students, Faculty & Staff: $0.00/day
Society for Disability Studies Members: $0.00/day
